Sweigh Emily Spilkin, MFA is a co-facilitator of the Soul’s Journey workshop for women. She is also the founder of Transformational Arts and Healing, through which she offers transformational writing workshops and energy healing. Sweigh’s background includes studies in Hakomi psychotherapy, chi kung energy healing, and wilderness-based education.
